Shipping and Returns Policy

• We aim to ship all items within 3 business days of payment via standard Royal Mail post.

• This excludes pre-order items which we aim to ship within 3 business days of receiving stock.

• We will refund items which are incorrect, faulty or do not arrive. We will regard an item as lost in the post if it has not arrived after 45 days from the shipping date (EU, US, Canada, Australia) or 90 days (rest of world).

• We do not accept returns for any other reason.
